I am a strong proponent of tapping into our intrinsic power through holistic practices to enhance the healing process. I have varied experiences working in the field of human services since starting as a volunteer in the early 2000’s. In my work with adults, I have worked in direct community support with adults with developmental disabilities and traumatic and organic brain injury, as well as engaged in clinical therapy with this population. I have experience working with men and women who have been experiencing a multitude of mental health issues including: addiction, depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, relationship problems, stress, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia/schizoaffective and other psychotic disorders, organic and acquired traumatic brain injuries, developmental disabilities, personality disorders, transitional difficulties and changes within life stages.

I have received training on a variety of clinical, evidence based practices, as well as training on various types of energy work and mind-body connection. I love sharing this knowledge with clients during their wellness journey!
